EQUALITY OF INHERITANCE ACT 2021

AN ACT to give equality of inheritance to children of Sconnish Citizens in respect to titles. BE IT ENACTED by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Burgesses in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1. SHORT TITLE This act may be cited for all purposes as “Equality of Inheritance” Act 2. EQUALITY OF INHERITANCE A. All children regardless of sex, gender identity or whether they are of the body, or adoption shall be entitled to hold the courtesy title of their parent who is duly recognized Sconnish Citizen B. All children regardless of sex, gender identity or whether they are of the body, or adoption shall be entitled to inherit the title of their parent who is a duly recognized Sconnish Citizen, if that title is inheritable. 3. COMMENCEMENT This legislation and all the provisions therein shall come into force upon receiving the Royal Assent
